There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

It all started with me, Marie-Antoinette and this is my story. After my third child, i have made several adjustments to my nutritional and exercise regime, which included joining a gym, I lost 30lbs in 8 months. I seemed to plateau and could not lose the additional 15 lbs I wanted to in order to be at my ideal weight.I have been struggling myself with losing weight all my life and it felt like my body was in a YoYo pool. I tried exercising only, eating right, count my calories and even try cutting out carbs completely. Does that sound familiar to you?

I then was introduced to Ideal Protein which changed my life. I now understand and comprehend how my body works, and how all these plans did not work for me. Results will vary and what works for me may not work for you. It’s all about a lifestyle change. I know life is like a roller coaster and we are all busy and stress is our main obstacle. Thanks to Lise, my wonderful coach and inspiration, I have then decided to become an Ideal Protein coach to help others not only physically but emotionally and spiritually. I am doing this with an open heart and mind. This is greatly helping me as a physiotherapist and I am always there to listen to my clients either for just a chat or in difficult times.

Most people don’t know what causes them to gain weight. They will tell you “I have tried it all from dieting to eating healthy, exercising and even starving myself”. That is why, the first step to combating weight problems is understanding what causes weight gain in the first place. Step two is applying that knowledge to be able to shed your excess pounds, learn how to maintain a stable weight after dieting! Because anyone can lose weight, the true measure of weight loss success is learning how to keep the weight off after dieting has ended.
